No I do not think mae tuck is guilty for kidnapping winnie foster because winnie said to the constable that she went willing ,but I say she is guilty for assault to the yellow suit man because mae should have discuss what they were doing,andsort it out without any violence
I think that Mae Tuck is not guilty for the kidnapping of Winnie Foster because Winne wanted to go and they are her friends. But I do think Mae Tuck is guilty for assault the stranger, even if it was for a good cause.
I think Mac Tuck is innocent for kidnapping Winnie Foster because Winnie Foster herself said that they are my friends and they didn't kidnap me. Mac Tuck is gulity for assaulting the stranger because she did hit the stranger by a shot gun and hurt him.

I think that Mae tuck is guilty for shooting the stranger but she did not mean to kidnapp Winnie foster. She did deserve the punishment for assaulting the stranger because the stranger knew the Tucks secret about the spring and he tried to feed the water to Winnie Foster so Mae Tuck was only protecting her.

If the secret was reveal, Mae Tuck knows that everyone will but the water from the spring and that bad thing will happen. So if I were the defence lawer at the trail, I would prove that she is innocent for both crimes.

For example she was only trying to make Winnie stop form drinking from the spring or else Winnie would be a child forever and I don't think that Winnie would want that to happen. PLUS! Winnie had a chance to scream out for help but she didn't so that proved that she went willingly.
